Since our journey began eight months ago, your support and requests have been the driving force behind our culinary innovations. In the early days, we kept our menu focused to ensure each dish was executed with precision. This commitment to excellence remains the cornerstone of our offerings.

September holds a delectable surprise for our cherished patrons. Introducing an eagerly anticipated addition to our specials menu: Oxtail Stew. This culinary gem has been in high demand, and we've heard your calls loud and clear. Oxtail, once an overlooked part of the cow, has transformed into a sought-after delicacy that has taken the nation by storm.

Our oxtail stew is a labor of love. The succulent portions are meticulously braised and simmered for hours, allowing the flavors to meld and evolve. Infused with a symphony of herbs and spices, the stew gains depth and character. And let's not forget the butter beans that round off this masterpiece.
